SignalPlan provides browser software for designing AV and low-voltage systems. By creating an account or using the workspace, you agree to these terms.

The service

The workspace is schematic design: devices, ports, connections, and organization catalogs. It is not architectural CAD, BIM, or an electrical calculation tool. Availability, features, and plan limits may change as the product develops.

Accounts and organizations

You are responsible for activity under your account. Drawings and catalogs live on the organization. Team seats are billed to that organization.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access another organization’s data, probe the service, or use the workspace to store unlawful material. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Extra Team seats are billed in addition to the included three seats. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period unless stated otherwise in the customer portal.

Liability

The software is provided as-is for professional design documentation. You remain responsible for field verification, code compliance, and the installed system.
