SignalPlan is a browser workspace for AV and low-voltage system design. This page describes the data the product uses to run accounts, drawings, and billing.

Account

Sign-in is handled by Clerk. We store the identity needed to open a session, including email as a cache, and we mint a SignalPlan session cookie for the workspace.

Drawings and catalogs

Project drawings, device catalogs, and related files belong to the organization you work in. That data is stored so the workspace can load, save, and (when enabled) collaborate on a page. We do not sell drawing contents.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed through Stripe on the organization. Stripe processes payment details. SignalPlan stores the subscription and seat entitlement needed to enforce the plan.
